I promised Mom that I would have achieved my health and fitness goals by my 57th Birthday. I have a 11 weeks to make that happen.

So Where is Patrice? - Thurs. 3/18
Been really off schedule. New job, new puppy, new routine. Time to get back on track. Spring is just around the corner and I'm nowhere near where I had hoped to be. Started journaling today and going to try to get some exercise in later today. Thank goodness for this beautiful weather !

Kept track of my food intake this week (via Daily Burn or paper journal). Lost 1.5 lbs. YES !!!

Staying Focused is KEY ReVisited - Wednesday, Feb
Well, it's a little over 3 weeks since my last journal entry and I haven't made much progress. Why ? Because I'm not journaling . We are all so busy and it really is hard to make this a priority. It all boils down to what's really important. Starting today, I am making a PACT with myself to journal every morsel. For as much as I eat healthy, obviously, I'm eating too much. The wonderful feature of Daily Burn is not only does it track your calorie intake but it gives you a nutritious view of what you are putting in your body. Love that. Going forward... staying focused.

Staying Focused is KEY - Monday, January 25th
Started off on Daily Burn last week with a Bang but as the week ended, let work and other personal commitments takeover. Didn't journal or exercise at the end of the week thus negating all the success I had the first few days. Lessons Learned: In order to suceed, I need to journal & exercise. Nothing will change if I don't make changes.
