The people I've interacted with here on DB... we've always written in each others' journals. There's the option of sending private messages, but for some reason I don't really use that :) I'm fine with sharing all info publicly, privacy is not an issue for me -- if it is for you just send me a message instead of posting in my journal :) OK, so you basically know what you want to change, that's good :) Keep me up to date with how it goes and let me know if there's something specific I can help you with! :)

It's like I'm blind today... you've entered that goal already, sorry :D So I'll ask you a few more questions: Are you working out regularly already? What's the diet you're on? I think I remember you want to transition to a vegan diet, and I guess you're on some kind of standard diet right now?
