    Travelling. . .

Seriously. . . I might as well make up my weight - different hotels with different scales (with varying degrees of perceived accuracy) every night. Ah well, on the upside I stopped tracking my intake as well (really, how can there not be an entry for shao long bao in the USDA database! <grin>)

    Hotels & Working Out

I have to travel for work and I have to work out to live, so I'm really fighting to make it work. I've found that going into the hotel gym, taking stock of what's there, and just getting every ounce out of it possible I'm able to get some decent workouts. I'll go back to structure when I'm home at a proper gym.

    Random

Just came by to give you some grief about beating me (for now) in the "You can do anything" challenge, but I can't fault anyone who knows his Douglas Adams! Nevertheless, watch out, I'll reclaim the lead soon enough... Hitchiker's Galaxy or no. ;)
