Last week SUCKED
Well, it was fun personally, but last week sucked for my fitness routine. I only made it to the gym ONCE and let my diet slip more than I'd like. I'm going to turn things around this week and get back on track. I've been listening to podcasts & reading articles by http://thefitcast.com, they're pretty cool. I'm feeling pretty motivated, so I'm going to keep on pushing!

I missed a gym day today, and it threw my whole schedule out of wack! But I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things tonight. Whether I do cardio or weights depends on when I get out of work...
