Only 3 days left
The final weigh in is on Sunday, so its the very last stretch for me. I did 3 workouts yesterday and will do 3 today. Tomorrow, I will do 2 workouts. Saturday, I will ride my bike at home and train with Mitch at 11. Hopefully, we will have great results! Next week begins the hard part, I think. I need to keep up the pressure to do a work out every day. I want to be even more strict on my diet goals too. Today, I added psillium husks, and hope that will help clean me out a bit. Tomorrow I will add xpel and also do the epsom salts bath and sweating. Here we go!!!!!!

3d summit
Second day are conference in Hollywood. Hard to count lunch at buffet. Did my best. Two workouts today.

Day 3 (my second day)
Today was the second day that I did the cardio workouts set up by Pat for me. Zone 2 workout is hard. It took 7 minutes to get to the right heart rate (124-134) and then it was hard to stay there for 45 minutes. Wow.

Resting Day
Today I am prepping for the resting VO2 test tomorrow morning. I am not allowed to exercise today and I am to fast for 8-12 hours before the test. That means that somewhere between 6 pm and 10 pm today, I need to go on a water-only fast. I will have dinner with the kids early and start my fast by 7.

Biggest Winner
Today is the first day for me of the BW contest at FQ10. Yesterday's weight was a result of the "competitive" weigh in and not an indication of actual weight gain. Go Tristan!
