Australian Titles
I had a good weekend, I lifted well but there is still a lot of room for improvement I am now Australian National Bench Press Champion in my Division !!!!

Australian Powerlifting and Bench Press Titles
If anybody is in Sydney with a few hours to spare the titles are being held at The NORTH SYDNEY ANZAC MEMORIAL CLUB I will be lifting Sunday Morning

I have more difficulties at the bottom of my lift and pushing it from there, it feels harder
