    50 days

    According to Wii fit I've been at this weight loss thing for 50 days now. I haven't seen the kind of progress I was hoping for but I have noticed changes in my body. I'm finally under 165 pounds as of my weight today on Wii fit. That's good news just feels like 150 is very far away doing this the healthy way. From now on I am going to weigh myself everyday via Wii fit and track the changes. I am also committing to trying a high protein diet 1300 calories a day and burning 1000 calories on a piece of cardio equipment 4x this week.

    Let's Redo Last Year's Weight Loss Goal

    So I'm not 150 pounds and it's a year later. I had surgery July 10th and was on bed rest for almost a month. I was approved to do light exercise by my dr my last visit so I started hitting the hills after work and I joined the YMCA in Stoughton last week. Today I met with one of the trainers there. He was really nice and I think working with him will give me the accountability I need to lose the rest of the weight safely and keep at it. The Y gives you three personal training sessions when you join and I will do a pay as I go for more training. The schedule we set up is Tuesdays TRX class, Thursday evenings 1/2 training session and Saturday 1 hour training sessions. He is working on my home plan and I need to have two days off. I love doing blue hills and that is what I want to do for some of my cardio on my off days. Thinking Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be Blue Hill days. I am determined to get in shape and lose the weight!.

    Last Week

    I failed. I was under so much stress trying to get my finals done that i didn't do any workouts till the weekend. There has been no weight loss or progress even with me watching what I eat and working out so that is pretty frustrating. This week will be better. I plan on hitting the either the hills or the gym everyday and doing a better job of keeping track of what I'm eating.

    Sunday

    Last week I failed at using Gyminee and starting my exercise regime. This week I have to start! If I can get down to 150, I can get a tattoo! This week I'm off to a good start. Well slept and upright at my desk at 7am. Trying to decide what to do today either head to the gym at Northeastern or try walking part of Blue Hills. Have to do one of the two today and I have to finish my homework assignment for school. Ok time to get to it!

    The Beginning

    I'm not very happy with my body. I've decided I want to get down to 155. Earlier this year I was up to 180 pounds which is when I started operation lose weight. I got down to 164 and then lost motivation. At this weigh, it's been solidified that I need to lose the rest of this weight. NOW.
