Great to hear from you! Great to see your scales are gradually dropping too :) You seem to have the workouts nailed so keep up the good work! As for nutrition, your current plan seems pretty good. I know it is a pain, but try meticulously loggin it for a couple of days just to get an idea of what calorie/carb/fat/protein ranges you are in. It might be enlightening - I never realized that I was effectively eating 2 and a half portions of cereal every morning until I started measuring it with some measuring cups! I haven't been logging my food the past few days as I'm recovering from a stomach bug/food poisoning so I'm just eating whatever my stomach will cope with! I plan to hopefully start logging again tomorrow. Nice to know you check in on my page for motivation - that alone motivates me not to slacken off! I don't know how good an example I am but I certainly try my best! Keep up the awesome work, David

How is it going?
Just thought I would check in to see how it is going? You finding your way around the site ok? I see you are starting to log your workouts and food - I can't stress how much the food tracker has helped me - whenever I stop using it I see a difference (usually a small weight gain) and although it can be annoying at times to fill it in, I urge you to try your best! Hope you had a great day and hope tomorrow is great for you too!
