Yes!!!
Three days of hitting my caloric goals. It is getting heard to get in all my calories. The more I exercise the less I want to eat. I like that out come!!!. I am hoping next Monday finds me lower on the scale. I have the feeling that this is just all going to "click". I am just going to keep working at it and not worry what the scale says. I get down always having to make decisions about what I put in my mouth...but this is my life. I also use Morgan as a good motivator. I think do I want her to see mommy eating...blank. That usually makes me put it down. I want my daughter to see me eat healthy...I want to be able to share what ever I am eating with her. I don't want to share I sugary snacks with my daughter...I want to share berries and veggies :)

Lower Carbs....
So I have been doing some research on why I am losing/gaining the same two pounds. On site suggested dropping my carbs a bit. So I am going to try and keep my carbs lower..not no carbs just under 60% of my caloric intake. Another suggestion was to get a heart rate monitor to actually see how many calories I am burning. Making sure my work outs are intense enough or not too intense. I have to say...the more I exercise the less hungry I am. I get this way every time I ramp up my exercise. I just don't have an appetite. I hope this continue to be truthful. I took a night off last night from exercising. I was feeling a bit queasy to my stomach and am still feeling that way this morning. I'm feeling a bit better after the toast. I hope I don't catch the stomach bug that is going around. Today I will try to get my walk in at work and cycle for 20 minutes tonight...Friday nights are hard to get that work out in. We usually have company.

Biking....
I can not express how much I love biking. At least on a stationary bike. I couldn't make it to my spinning class...but I went down stairs and did my recombinant bike for 30 minutes and Biked 10 miles. I felt so good...that I did keep to my routine. With last week being off, I am getting right back on it. I have to get Yoga back in the morning...I got my new DVD last week. I can't wait to start it but I really like my sleep...can't drag my body out of bed that early. Tomorrow I will try and get up. It is only 20 minutes extra....I CAN DO IT AND I WILL!!! Plus tomorrow I am going to try to do spinning....I think once a week will be a good goal right now. The holidays are getting crazy.

Monday again....
So last week was not a great exercise week. I just couldn't find the time to get it in. I did do some small walks...did a lot of shopping on Wednesday. So I moved but nothing to really report. This is a new week and I am trying to get back on track. We will see how that goes.

2 pounds
I keep losing and gaining the same two pounds. So I am back to tracking my nutrition. It is such a bore to track my daily foods...but I am going to track my foods for the next month Monday-Friday and see if that helps me break this vicious cycle. My clothes are fitting nicer...I love the shape my upper thighs are taking from all the biking. My goal is that in January I will start adding some weight lifting into my week. I'm thinking maybe Saturday afternoon of trying to hit the gym and getting a few weights in or taking the little one swimming. I did my yoga this morning. I can't wait until my new yoga DVD comes in. I think having a different routine to do every morning might make me more motivated to get out of bed. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of December. Again I am trying not to focus on weight but that is the only measurable number I have time to track. It would be nice to do measurements but I don't have the time to measure myself weekly. Very easy to get on the scale at the Rec center and step off. My MAJOR goal is to get off high blood pressure medicine. And to prevent getting Diabetes. I have to go take a two hour glucose tolerance test....my sugar was high again. I don't think my A1C1 was high. But I am going to continue to keep working out and doing the right thing.
