The Starting Strength Program
It worked great. The first time I did it, I gained about 15lbs of muscle in about 6 months or so. Just make sure you're consistent with your workouts. The key is always your diet. I was eating everything I saw.

Honestly I can't give any specifics but I say you do the killer abs routine at least 3 times a week and you'll see results very soon! I have been doing that and i have results i never thought. So if your thin already then I say in no time! let me know how it's going :) Good luck!
