Tuesday Find - a - Max Day
Very happy with today's workout. My wife and daughter went out for a couple of hours so that I could play loud music, and bang the weights around. (I usually workout at 6:00 in the morning, so banging weights and listening to loud music is not something I normally do) Anyways; squat/dead are bang-on for my goals, with bench 5 pounds short. All in all, I was pretty damn happy! (Double body weight deads...not bad for a 30-year old who has only been doing deads for a couple of years!)

Friday Workout
Same as Wednesdays workout; Working with 40% of normal load so that next week I'm ready to test my maxes...

Wednesday Workout
Not much to report here; Working with 40% of normal load so that next week I'm ready to test my maxes...Was pretty easy workout...added Ab wheel & hanging leg raises after workout to get sweating a little more...

Week 9 Notes (After workout 1)
So, this is the last week, and I finallly missed 2 weights...only got 4/5 on the squats, and 3/5 on the bench. Quite a contrast from last week where I got all 5! I think I'm going to de-load for the rest of the week, and get ready to test my 1RM's next week...Maybe set Tuesday/Wednesday as the day!

Monday Workout (Week 9)
6:00 am - 7:10 am Prisoner squats & clapping push-ups for warm-up. MM & Foam roller for cool down. Added band "incline russian twists" and green ball russian twists and green ball "throws" at the end!
