About Me
I'm a Marine just trying to stay into shape. Been off work because of a surgery and trying to get back into shape.

USMCGrunt's Journal
in my defense, the reasoning behind my calorie loss is my job. Being a grunt in the Marine Corps, i have rugged conditioning to train my body for the worst.

Holy crap, batman! 3757 calories? How do you burn that much in one day? I agree with the couch potato; don't play games with your body and let it heal properly. ;) Seriously. It's the choice between not working out for two weeks or two months, you know?
