    Losing weight

When you have more weight to lose, it's easier to lose quickly, so that helped me. You really don't have that much weight to lose, in fact, I think 50kilo for someone your height is a little skinny, maybe you should go for 55, but that's up to you of course. For me, I just figured out what my maintenance level of calories was, subtracted 1000 calories from that to set my goal, then track my food fairly carefully to make sure that I'm staying on track. I find if I don't track my food, then it's easy for me to eat too much. I see you're doing some weight training, which I think is good, increasing muscle mass helps burn calories all the time, and makes you look better even if you aren't losing weight. You seem to be at a fairly level weight now, so what I'd suggest is that you track your food more consistently, and see just how many calories you are eating, then reduce that by 500 a day and see if you can stick with that. More vegetables, less fast food :) That should be enough to lose 1 kilo every two weeks or so, which is reasonable for someone who only has 10 kilos to lose. Good luck!
