    Title...

    I am just competitive, that's all ! I was told I had to limit them to 15 challenges. That's ok it makes it easier to track. So since my goal is to lose another 25 pounds by the end of the summer I just keep eating clean and walking outside and doing weights and the elliptical and just watch it fall off. Consistency and accountability. I write down everything I eat and have cut out all sugar and starchy foods . I am constantly reading about health and fitness and have been for over 27 years. I know the calendar keeps ticking away but I really don't want to look like my age. I love the wisdom that comes with age not the rest of the package.

About Me

I have been in the fitness world for close to 30 years. Used to teach aerobics,and weights. At the age of 45 I entered a bodybuilding competition (drug free ) and came in 4th women's novice and 2nd women's drug free for life. I've recently gained a lot of weight because my thyroid was wracked out My body temp was 95. I found a doctor who could help me with it so my body is responding to my workouts and strict diet plan. I hope to be goal weight by the end of the summer ! I give ALL glory to GOD ! He gives me strength on the days I don't feel like making this journey. I listen to Christian music on my IPOD and can go over an hour on cardio. I walk with Christian friends and talk about things of God. I listen to my IPOD while I weight train and can usually get in a sermon or two from podcast. I love to compete so the challenges are fun.
