Title...
day one of revival was ok. ate ~1900 burned 400 means i'm at the ok level the extra eating came from evening snacks: 1/4 bagel with peanut butter, a pizelle cookie, oj i need sleep...for real tomorrow i'm planning on eating healthfully but deliciously. big time gym work though. it'll be my last time there before the potato land. i swear, i'm gonna pack it on there. merde.

Title...
well i HAD lost about 7 pounds by tres bien, which is fantastic. (7 pounds since new years, until march). but that was 2 weeks ago. I've basically gained everything back for a number of reasons, including that I haven't been able to run for 2 weeks because of my shoddy knees. i've been biking a lot... anyways: i've basically been eating like a horse and exercising the usual amount. i think i eat way to many carbs, and i'm going to try to limit those now. it's my go-to food and i barely get enough vegetables anymore. this ain't cool. so i'm trying to slim down before ireland. i've got 3 days, one of which is a travel day. SO 1. watery foods= yes yes yes 2. carbs= less than usual 3. exercise enough so i won't be ravenous when i get home 4. get enough fruits/vegetables wish me luck...

SNOW DAY :) tomorrow's a swim meet. that means that i get to gym it up during my free periodz

goal for saturday jan 15 (in order to wind up at 500 by bedtime)...................................breakfast=300......................snack=100....................GYM= -800 (burn 800 calories: run 7 miles + weights, etc).......................snack:300..............................................dinner=500

today i have eaten 2700 calories that is 1200 over my goal to split this pitfall in half at the ymca tonight i will burn 600 tomorrow i must end up at between 400 and 600 calories to continue on my goal OPERATION TRES BIEN IS EXPERIENCING SOME DIFFICULTIES BUT WILL RESUME RIGHT NOWWWWWW
