A Good Start for 2010
Off to a good start today! I started logging my meals yesterday and I hit the gym at lunch today. I had a good workout (30 min. cardio & some ab work). I plan on hitting the gym today on my way home to finish my upper body workout and get in another 20 min. of cardio. My goal this week is to hit the gym Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, break on Thursday and gym on Friday or Saturday and to get 40 to 50 min. of cardio in at least 3 of those days (1 down, 2 to go). I need to not let the holiday get in the way of my progress. Wish me luck.....

How are things going?
Have you been hitting the gym 4 times a week like you had planned? I'm just checking up on you to see how you are doing in reaching your goals. Check in and log some stuff! It really does help meet your goals when you hold yourself accountable. Hope all is going well for you.

Off to a good start......
Not bad for my first day back. Wasn't able to run the entire 3 miles around the lake due to shin splints but hope to be able to accomplish it by the end of October. I really want to be ready for the Mud Run mid November. Hoping for a good day today!
