Howdy
Body fat hmmm . . . well I didn't specifically target body fat, but if you eat right (I use 40/30/30 Protein/Fat/Carb and do cardio excercise regularly your fat content will drop. Consistency is the key, in both your nutrition and exercise plan. I eat every three hours, and exercise every day. This puts your body into a mode where it is in a state of continuous calorie burn, rather than storing fat due to irregular diet. Basically, eat the right things in smaller amounts more often throughout the day, exercise, and your body will do the rest!

thanks for the comments. I think I'm in 30 year old denial. I still think I can just get a notion and run out and do it any time I want. --- I'm not stopping any time soon, but I think realization is at least a step in the right direction. :)
