the important thing is that your trying really hard now =] and you can look great for summer just look after your body and your body will look after you hope everything is going well what i do is every workout i try and push myself just a little harder even if its just walking a lil further or extra push up or rep whatever just try harder each time

ye well a lot of people dont realise how good walking is maybe try getting a few miles walking in everyday to burn some extra calories and get exersice =]
