Hey hard worker, I am fine, back to workout, finally, and trying to really push it for body fat loss this summer, it has just GOT to happen. Hope you are well.

very well done! 3% shouldnt be too hard to move by summer =] if your not having enough time for the gym maybe do a 20 min crunches workout before your morning shower? its hard getting up earlier but the 20 mins coud make a huge difference

Hi thanks for the morale boost :) This week is the tough one, back from being off for a week. I'm keeping it to just 3 days this week to slip back into training again. Next week I'm going to start with some HIIT cardio. Want to be fighting fit again!
