    Muscle toast

    one egg one egg white scoop of whey (i just tried chocolate, thought it was great!) cinimmon to flavor (not too much to overpower it) 2 slices of Whole wheat bread soak bread and cook on skillet like french toast! If you want, mash up some strawberry's and a banana for a topper but i just had an apple with it today. Hope your weight loss is comming along! keep on working

    Thanks for the invite! Just started with this too, still finding my way around the site. I've also joined the Run 100 miles Challenge. Only managed about 2 so far, but that's two closer to the finish line I suppose. Lucking forward to seeing your progress.
