voytek sent the following motivation to ccdpowell: it's no coincidence i started my least effort workout as 20 minutes of cardio. Studies also show that 90 min of moderate exercise per week is required to keep the brain sane. I have also found anecdotally that I can replace an hour of sleep with an hour's workout, and be better off for it.

voytek sent the following motivation to vandyhawks: I hit it yesterday, but not the day before. I think we're tied 2-2, which is a reasonable number of drinks. I've worked out I think 5 times in the last 2 weeks because of this bet... awesome! i'm feeling better, more energy, etc. Keep up the great work buddy!

Motivation
Just had a decent bear hours sess with jones, about 2.5 hours. I think we got the partner stuff (Leads Marketplace) about half done. Thinking about going to bed, but I know you'll check this at some point tomorrow so I'm going to head down and get some cardio in. While I wait for House, MD, to download.

Not sure yet. Baseline of 3, minimum. Trying to create workout habits rather than a 6 week burn out. I figure right now, no matter what shape I'm in, I should do 20 minutes of 150+ bpm cardio every day. Or I can sub in for a heavier workout, we'll have to see. Really excited to get my wakemate that will monitor my sleep too. Tying in nutrition, exercise, and sleep, and I think i'll be feeling pretty good if I can keep it up
