Wow, good job James! You're really making progress! Sorry to hear you were sick this week :( But glad to hear you're on the mend. And no, I haven't run 10K since New Year's Day; I'm watching one right now from the comfort of my study while I work on my thesis. It's the Vancouver Sun Run today, which is a big 10K race that goes over the Cambie St bridge (which I can see). Fun! And motivating!

We're signed up for the zoo 10K :) How's your running coming? That Nike site of yours is pretty cool! I'm watching a 10K race from our apt right now (the end of it is over the Cambie St bridge) and feeling inspired. Been too busy this week to run much, but I went yesterday, and think I can do it on June 7th. How are you feeling about it? Keep it up! xoxo

Hey Jaime, sorry just saw your note... I'm totally rubbish w/ this Gyminee thing, don't know how to use it! My hip's feeling okay, thanks... Did a very slow and gentle 5k run outside yesterday. Did a conditioning class this morning, and have booked an appt for physio next week :) How's the running coming? Are you finding it easier at all, or that you can run for longer at least? :) xoxoxo
