    another quick update!

    I was not so good over the holidays--spent the week with family, and it really showed on the scale! The good news is I'm back on track after that week of awfulness. My trainer is hosting a month-long competition between his clients with a cash prize that we all contributed to--great motivation! I've been eating pretty healthy lately. Still have to watch out for the weekends, as those are what usually get me...the routine of my days during the week keeps me in check, but when there are no boundaries on the weekends, things tend to head south...er...north on the scale, I guess. :)
