Final Post
The pros to this website would be the abilty to see exactly what you were eating, the nutritional information about it, the amount of calories you burned from working out, and seeing the progression of any goal you may have set. Its a very good tool to use if you need support from other people or have questions you need answered. Everyone is on this site for the same reason, they all want to work out, look and feel better and everyone needs encouragement. The cons of this website could be the lack of supplying all information about what was eaten in a day, the exercise that was performed ect. These are very important on a website like this to make sure you get accurate results. You truly need to post everything to follow your progression completely. I was able to meet some of my SMART goals. I loved being able to see how I was coming along each week and it felt good to hear people pushing and encouraging me along the way. I did find out that I had not met a couple though. I think I personally needed to do a better job of tracking everything I ate and the workouts I did throughout the semester, and maybe then I would have gotten the true results I wanted. This class was very helpful in jump starting my goals to lose weight nd get in better shape. Everything was spelled out for me and the tools given here on dailyburn were awesome. I would definately recommend this website to anyone who wants to get a jump on some weight loss goals.

Re: Motivation
Isn't it amazing that the little external reminders like 'hanging the bathing suit' and 'keeping shoes by the bed' etc make such a difference in our daily thinking patterns. Also, it seems you've been using a lot of 'self-talk' during your workouts to keep you going - yes, you CAN do it and you ARE doing it!! Keep up the good work and hooray for giving up diet coke!

Motivation
This week I motivated Volcom54626 and sam2067356. They both are doing awesome! :) Things that keep me motivated are actually a few things you;ve shared with me. I keep my running shoes out next to my bed so in the morning I can just get up and go, and I looked up the downfall of aspertame in diet coke, and I'm telling you, I will never drink that stuff again! Since I plan to be out in a bathing suit all summer, I've kept a bathing suit hangin up in my room as well to ensure myself I'll be ready for the next couple months. I chose to do my lower body workout because thats where Im having the most trouble getting in shape.I just kept looking around the gym and told myself, "If they can do this, I can do this" and I ended up increases the weight on a couple machines. I love the feeling i get after I work out. Its amazing, and I think thats what really keeps me going.

RE: Healthier version TacoBell Crunch Wrap Suprme
Wow - you really managed to reduce significant number of calories in your version!! Fresher veggies not only create a more refreshing flavor, but increases the nutritional value of the foods, as well. Great job!
