Had a couple of drinks with a friend today which bumped up my calorie goal something awful, better go and work them off now!

Protein.
Met the calories, carbs and fat components of the nutrition guide yesterday -- still finding it hard to get the protein balance right.

Exercise bike goal
Have set a goal to do 10k on the bike in half an hour. Not made it yet -- did 9.5 yesterday and 9.8 today but I'm happy that shows progress. Also plan to try the beginners running program.

Too many carbs!
Met my calorie and exercise goals for today, but finding it hard to get enough protein and not exceed the carbs limit.
