    re: soft

ya, it was a crappy eating habit issue...since resolved. so a show in OCT nice man, hows the shedding coming?? so long as you keep those wheels i'm sure u'll do fine. legs tends to be an after thought for a lot of guys, mid-back too, but the power lifting you've do i'm sure wneill help a lot with density.

    Thanks

Been lazy with recording, but not in the gym. ;-) And I could never remember the website since they changed it from Gyminee - your invite helped. Got talked into doing a bodybuilding show in October so I gotta get as shredded and diced as possible. Gained a lot of muscle over the past year and a half, now I gotta get the fat all of so people can see it. :-) After the show I'm going to focus on powerlifting again so I can build up some more muscle, then probably do another show next year if I do well at this one. Now to start recording all my food - 15 weeks to go and I need to lean up. :-) So how things been with you Damon?

    Competition

It's supposed to be healthy for you, right? Then why do I end up getting so pissed about it? Hard to explain, but since I've gotten into weightlifting I find myself constantly striving to get bigger or stronger, to the point that I get angry and obsessive over stupid digital awards. So I forced myself to step back and look at what I was trying to do (bodybuild) versus what I was doing (powerlifting). So I'm going to avoid the challenges right now - I loose sight of my real goal when I get too competitive. Not to say I won't compete when I start mass-building again - power-lifting is the preferred method to pack on size and strength. :) But for right now, I'm just going to work on my goal and not worry about how much stronger or more physically enduring everyone else is compared to me.

About Me

A fan of bodybuilding for years, it took a good friends passing to make me realize I needed to get off my fat ass and pursue my goals. Less than a year later I've shed a huge amount of fat and gained a nice amount of muscle and I'm going to keep working on getting bigger.
