3 Days / Week
The beauty of the couch-to-5k plan is that it is only 3 days a week. I know it's ideal to work out each day, but if you can't you can still be on track. The important thing is finding a routine that you can stick to whatever that might be. Good for you for starting!

Day 1
Made it through day 1. Got through the exercise portion and although my meals weren't the most nutritious I still managed to stay within my allotted calories. Have to work 12 hours tomorrow, not sure if I can fit exercise in.

Couch-to-5k
Even though you aren't much of a runner, you'll find this program so doable. You start so easy and build up your endurance and strength. Even if you have to repeat a week (I repeated week 3 and 4) to feel comfortable at your own pace, do it! I know you can do it!

Welcome to Gyminee. I love this site and it has been really instrumental as a resource. I also noticed that you are doing the couch-to-5k. That's great! I'm on week 6 and I'm totally hooked.
