brain is easily tricked into silence, with coffee instead of snackies. brain is also trying to convince me snackies are a better idea than gym. went to gym instead. saved half of burrito for snackies later. ok, i remember these things.

stuck
really stuck in negative thinking mode. theres plenty of cardio, but i'm still not dropping pounds, because overeating still works on a psychological level. vicious cycle ensues. i want out of it but can't talk myself into talking positive out of it. immature much?
