However had to email them because the only PayPal option is RECURRENT 3 month Payments on a 3 month membership. Paif and cancelled the current option after. Now I have to build the foods all over. 2 weeks without this and I've slowed down to turtle speed.

Who hoo
I took the birthday weekend off, had some sweets and mmmmm guinness - got on the scale today just before lunch and voila - 3 pounds less than last Friday. I think my body has finally figured out that it's not going to get that crap any more.

birthday weekend off
I've lost 31 pounds so |I took the weekend off. I had some pints on \friday, a \\\\\\\\\\\\big Mac on Saturday and a Mushroom burger this evening. Strangely I am still below my 1500 cal limit for Sat/Sun. Tomorrow, or later today I will totally indulge and then it's back on the low cal wagon. My knees are starting to feel better so \i see more exercise in my future.
