Getting fit
I am at a low....and a high. I am so depressed because I am at my heaviest weight ever! and it is so hard knowing how active I used to be. But after 3 kids, my body just doesn't do what it used to, especially after a c-secion. I am starting early on my new years resolution because I know I will probably gain 10 more lbs over christmas if I don't keep myself accountable. I was doing really well exercising when I was doing it wih other people but the holidays get so busy and my friends haven't been exercising so then I haven't been motivated to exercise by myself. I hate that I can't just get up in the morning, do my exercise, and be done with it for the day. But the thought of doing it alone is depressing and it makes me not want to be motivated. So, my goal for this week, even though it is already tuesday, is to get 3 good workouts in this week, and to post my calorie intake for the rest of the week.

Motivation
Hi there.....I read your post about enlisting the help of friends to get yourself exercising....I think that is a great strategy for accountability and glad to see that it is working great for you......I am going to encorporate people to meet me to exercise also after reading your post!

Adapting
I saw that you had adjusted your nutritional goals... how are you doing now? Have you been better about meeting your required caloric intake? (especially since last week was Thanksgiving?) How are you coming along w/ your running... I noticed you were a bit absent this past week on dailyburn... didn't see much activity from you. :)

Exercising...
Decided that I had to break through that FIRST day of really exercising and just do it. I am back running in the morning again for a couple miles almost every day and then I am walking every afternoon for an hour. To do either of these activities consistantly I have had to enlist the help of my friends to stay motivated. I hated that if I was too tired or didn't feel good I made the excuse not to go... but with my friends waiting for me I couldn't NOTgo...They were expecting me to be there...so I have had some accountability this week and it has definitely helped. I was good about logging my food this week but I didn't make my calorie goals for any of the days... I just didn't eat enough. So I had to lower my calorie goal intake and it is a much better range for what I eat.
