10 days in Engine 2 Whole Foods 28 day challenge. I have not cheated once not even on Easter. Starting to regain energy and started workouts. There is a light at the end of this tunnel

Ok I'm back . Slight knee injury and major its just to cold outside and all I want to do is eat cookies and sleep syndrome. Well I m done. Decluttering the house, gently exercising till the knee gets better and doing a one week internal cleasne to get started. Drinking lots of water, and herbal tea, buying a plant for my office, exercising at least 20 minutes a day and breathing deep.
