Still working
going to the gym every other day, doing 30 plus minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight training. Weight dropping very slowly. I need to sew my mouth shut.

Working on It
Did cardio (treadmill) for 30 minutes four days this week, had a light lunch those four days as well.
