5k
Ran my first 5k race on Sunday at 25:30. I definitely still had some fuel in the tank when I finished and I'm confident that if I pushed it I could have cut about 60s.

First Run
Did my first non-stop run today. 2.3 miles in 20 minutes. A long way to go from here, but not a bad start.
