    So I've jumped back on the weight loss wagon after having been off for quite a while. Got a good work out in today...but just watched a really good video about how you can not out train a bad diet. That's what I tend to always screw up on so I'm hoping to get into the routine of healthier shopping and eating along with my new workout routine. I start working day shift and a more consistent schedule over the next few weeks so I'm hoping that will help as well!
