Okay, I know I missed a few days. I fell back into my old, lazy self, so now I'm restarting again. I reset my goals to make them a little smaller, and easier to achieve.

Well, i think this website is helping me already. i was going to have KFC for lunch, but I kept thinking, No, i'll have to put it on DailyBurn! So intead I had a Lean Cuisine. :D Now I just have to somehow convince myself to do some cardio this afternoon.
