Day 1
Ok got off to a lazy start. I haven't felt like eating yet but have my lunch and supper planned. I walked my mile. I need some new music. I tried on my belly chain and hung it in the bathroom so I can try it on everyday.

50 lbs 50 weeks
I know it can be done, I know what I need to do to get it. My problem is motivation, focus, vision, dedication. I want the results but not the work. I need to change my mindset, my outlook and I don't know how. I'm making tomorrow July 1st, 2009 DAY 1

I think I am at my lowest........I have been feebily attempting to lose this weight, but can't get my head wrapped around the idea. I keep rebelling against my own idea. I joined simply for life 1 month ago and am not the least bit inspired about it. I don NOT like my coach. So here I am checking out this website. I am depressed, lacking energy, and just feel terrible. I need to change this! Wish me luck
