Today is the Day
Ok, so my weight is 103.2 again today. Havn't had weights this high since the end of Feb. and my moving average is up to 102. Hasnt been that high since the end of March....definitly not good. But today is a new day and I'm feeling determined...maybe I just needed a few days off the wagon to get myself re-determined. Hopefully can lose the 3.2lbs in 18 days. Debating whethr I shoudl nto cheat Saturdays...but I think just...not really bad cheating.

don'tknow what has gotten into me
...doing terrible....skipping workouts....frrrrig! Tomorrow, for real...back on track..no way am i undoing all my hard work....and i already booked my tattoos so I have 2.5 weeks to get back to my goal!

bad weekend
pretty bad weekend...went over Fri and today(although not by a lot!) and Saturday I didn't go over, but I drank which therefore put on a lot of bloat today (was 101 this AM, and am up to 104 now and havnt had all my snacks). So yeah....going to def be way up in weight...kind of frustrated because really planned to try to not do so bad this weekend. And there's still tomorrow, but I'm going to try to be good tomorrow. At least I did my two runs Sat and Sun, and plan to do tomorrows. Hopefully I do well this weekso that I get back on track....hate how drinking seems to make me do realllly bad because I have to many calories the day I drink, and then the next day drink sooo much to rehydrate that I bloat like crazy and likely end up eating bad too. Blah...and I really shouldn't of let myself go over Friday because I knew how hard Sat/Sun would be...

Measures...
Went to do a measured update because I havn't done it since April, but everything is the exact same lol (weight is 100.6, waist is 26.5, thighs are 19, etc....all the exact same...kind of disheartening because it means I havn't actually made progress, but I guessthere is very little more progress I want to do...i want my waist down to 25 and my thighs down to 18....but starting to think I wont achieve that since my weight is just about my goal and they are still where they are....but maybe just need t keep tonin and it'll come..
