Hey Winsey - I'm back on DB after some health problems and losing weight again. I just wanted to check and see how you're doing. I'd love to get to know you so we can keep each other motivated!

Yeh I know I won't be able to keep up this rate of weight loss for long. I don't think I eat particularly unhealthy meals but I am really bad for snacking, especially when watching telly - when I'm not even hungry! Trying to get myself out of that habit at the moment. So far it's working and feel really motivated just coming on here & looking at the line on my chart going down.

That's great progress. The thing to keep in mind is it takes time. Slow and steady weight loss is healthy and it will help you develop a comfortable grasp of how to maintain it.

I want to lose 66 pounds, that puts me half a stone under what I was before I started gaining weight. Today I got on the scales and I've lost 7 pounds since started!! So only 59 left!
