Finally!
I hit a short plateau, but finally dropped another pound.

Portion control works!
I've lost another 2 pounds, despite eating well with your Mom! I'm eating 4 meals a day in the 100-300 calorie range. Then either lunch or dinner is bigger, depending on my schedule. And the weight is coming off.

Woo hoo!
Congratulations on losing a few pounds! I'm sure you're building muscle too, with the exercises you're doing, so there's probably a bigger impact than you see on the scale. You're going to look beautiful even if you don't change anything. But isn't it nice to have an incentive that is so tangible? Jessica and I can't wait to see what you do with your hair. We were debating it today, and we both love it short/curly. But a soft up-do would be pretty too. We both love you and miss you! xxx
