    Girl I was jjjjjjjjjjjjuuuuuuuuuuuuusssssssssssttttttttttt gonna invite you to the new 'transversus abdominis' workout thingee i made but i see you arleady all over it like hot butter on pancakes. :) If you have any other excercises that'll work it, please post em up so i can add them

    lol, wait, so its called hot yoga? Thats what bikram stands for? And no, ive never tried it. Does it help with flexibility? i just wanna be able to kick higher when i get back in TKD

    Got ya.....im kinda surprised youre even aware enough of the tran. abd. to work it out...Most people dont even know of its existence and falsely think that to not have a gut, you need abs....Which completely misses workin the trans. abd.....Anyway, stay up Wjohns

    Well right now, i dont really do anything....I kinda ahvent since high school finished (and my TaeKwonDo 6th hour period finished with it). But, when I was still in it, we used to do this thing where we basically got on all fours and exhaled hard while looking at the sky, and then inhaled while curling our necks forward toward the ground....Rinse wash repeat. The move you told me kinda sounds like its working your obliques....isnt it?
