Wondering where you are? I haven't seen you log in any of your workouts and/or exercises... so I'm hoping you are not injured and are okay. As a fellow motivator here in DailyBurn, my job is to also help you stay accountable to your goals. If there's anything I can do to help you stay on track, please let me know. :)

I see that you've added some foods to your list of favorites, but haven't really had a chance to consistently log your meals. Are you not eating? LOL. UNIT 2 was really about starting the discovery process to your regular eating habits. I definitely encourage you to take some extra time this week to log your meals. (And if you have an iPhone, why not add the DailyBurn iphone app and make tracking your progress easier).
