Back to the grind
I feel like I've slipped a little bit in my routine. I've taken it easy the past couple days so that my body could rest. However, I feel anxious and empty without my typical intense workouts. I'm always looking for new exercises/routines to work different muscles. Eating properly has significantly improved from when I first started. Practically starving yourself isn't going to get you where you need to be. Keeping your metabolism constantly working is the key.

Goal
You can acheive greatness if your mind, body and spirit are one cohesive unit. Met 2 weight goals and dropped close to 20 pounds. No time to get complacent though and gain everything back, I must remain focused.

Yes, I certainly did on 1-9-2009. In fact, I recorded waist, stomach, arms, buttock, chest, and even head. I'm going to wait until February 9 to take a second reading.

i hope you took some measurements. now you have to take one month measures chest, stomach, thighs, arms, weight and BF.
