    did a mini family triathalon this past Saturday, and I've been eating a lot ever since. Time to start curbing my cravings and calming down my appetite! Get back on track!!

    5 rounds of snowboarders/left and right leg lunge kicks (10 of each) - total time, 8:36. 4:00mins - 35 get-ups completed 4:00min round of intervals 10sec rest follwed by 20 sec jump rope/left leg/right leg deadlifts (alternating)
