    Hi there Sorry about delayed response! Where to go to get good recipes? Well, I recommend blog.fatfreevegan.com and veginity.com - both great websites with incredible recipes. But I usually just make my own recipes and have worked out the best for everything through trial and error. If you know what foods in particular you would like to make, I can help you. Cheers Amy

    Crossfit WOD June 19

    I did yesterday's WOD today. I completed the full Crossfit Warm-up. I completed 2 rounds of the WOD in 20 mins + an extra set of pushups. I had to break up the push presses into sets of 5 or 6 IOT complete 15 reps.

    Crossfit WOD May 31

    I did the WOD for yesterday, May 30. I had to scale it down to 3 rounds instead of 5. I didn't keep track of time. I will when I am able to do the RX WOD. I also subbed half mile on elliptical instead of 400 m runs because its about 115 degrees outside. I added a set of dips and pullups at the beginning and end. Total workout time was approx 50 mins.
