About Me

I'm 30 years old, and a stereotypical scrawny "hard gainer." I'm a vegetarian, and stay very active hiking, rock climbing, running, biking, and skiing. So fitness isn't a problem for me, but gaining weight is. I'd like to put on 20 pounds of muscle through weight training and diet (i.e. eating a LOT!).
