    Goals

    Ok, so...I used to be athletic. I danced in high school and in my first year of college. What happened? Winterguard gave me great endurance and lovely muscles, and now I'm faced with posting my very sad health goals. Here they are: 1. Jog/run 1 mile without thinking my lungs are going to pop. 2. Not to have chicken legs. 3. To have my upper arms be more than about 5" around. 4. Enough body muscle to not have exposed ribs There are more, like...no smoking, better eating habits, etc...which is all sorts of fun. I'm not very good at making myself DO the workouts, though. I'm much better with the food. It's not much different to eat an apple than it is to eat a candy bar. That is an easy switch. Get up and jog/workout before you even shower? WHAT? GET UP BEFORE 10AM??? WHY?????????? I'm over it. My MP3 player is charging, and my cross-trainers are next to the bed. Tomorrow, it begins.
