Title...
having a little problem lately... not eating enough. keep losing weight, but i dont want to lose any more. i cant seem to let myself eat enough and i really do want to be marathon training.... but have a hard time finding the energy :( and im worried about hurting myself. so im trying not to count calories and listen to my body telling me its hungry. its hard to turn off weightoss mode in my brain.

Would love to work out together sometime. I need all the motivation I can get at this point. Really just starting though, and today is the first official structured workout in a while! I am excited to get back into shape again :) Hey and I see that you ran a half-marathon! That is awesome, congratulations! My goal is to run at least the half in the columbus marathon next october.

ran 8 miles today just to see if the half marathon was a fluke. it wasnt. on to the full marathon march 20 in atlanta!
