Slow Road to Recovery
I graduated from law school, took the bar exam, and was excited to finally get back to my soccer routine. Then I pulled / overstretched my quads by a combination of bikram yoga and 3 soccer games in 4 days. It took me about a month to recover, and then BAM! I tore my meniscus. Too much too fast. I'm starting week 3 of recovery with a whole new game plan: SWIMMING. I just bought my bathing suit today. It has been 11 years since my competitive swimming days, and 2 years since the last time I swam "laps" in a pool at all. But, it has to happen this time. I'm on the road towards fitness. Next spring I plan to do a 10K mud run, perhaps next summer I'll graduate to a mini-triathalon. The road to fitness begins HERE.

GIRL!! I am with you on that one. Damn full time job and bar studying has me dropping pounds solely because I dont have time to eat. Only reason I havent dropped more is cause I keep supplementing with beer empty calories #fail!

Getting back into it
Now that Barristers planning is over I am going to try to get back into logging what I am doing. I have totally been slacking.
