RE: 111 pullups
Thanks, I am currently doing a variation on a traditional EDT routine. Running a timer down from 10 minutes, stop the timer and do 1 pullup (or 2 different exercises each set) every 10 seconds, when it becomes too hard and you lose form stop the timer and do a set every 20 seconds and then 30 seconds etc.. It is that simple. Once I can get to 5 minutes without extending the resting time to 20 seconds I add another rep per set for next time, so next time will be 2 pullups and 2 dips(more or less of each depending on how easy they are) following the process above. Doing it this way it becomes very easy to progress, you know what you have to do each time, just 1 or 2 more sets before extending your resting time for each interval. If you are going to try this, don't be fooled if the first few minutes are too easy it gets really difficult real quick and be prepared for some serious DOMS:)
