    Still going

    The progress from the first month sets an unreasonable expectation for future growth... or so I've heard. I've recently changed my program to align with the mass building program built by Arnold in the Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding... feels really good and I can see where I will be with this change.

    Thanksgiving week

    If I can make it through this week then I can make it through anything, if I can hit all muscles this week then I'm destined for greatness... stress, work, holiday, and social awareness makes my schedule a nightmare.

    Week 4 begins

    At the end of week three my shoulders measured more than an inch wider... that helps fight the doubt that comes about this time in a blossoming work out routine (lol I used blossoming in a sentence) My body is changing, I love it, I will keep it up until I'm where I want to be. I'm excited now that I'm an official premium member of the gym I get free tans twice a month, I did my first three minute tan session and will do another 3 minutes maybe this week or early next week... I am as white as snow, but with this I will build some foundation color so that by spring my gym routine and tanning will pay off a little. By then I should be able to withstand four or five minutes in the tan machine... what an animal.

    Progress

    As I work on week 3 I'm noticing a real difference, when I flex I can feel it all over. I'm losing fat and gaining strength and starting to find the addiction of body building again, I look forward to the moments I spend in the gym and just hope I can get past the real trials, the ones that involve going to bed early enough to let my body recover from each workout session.

    Week one

    The first week is over, I have lost 10% body fat and gained six pounds, I feel great. I haven't started creatine yet, I'm looking forward to that. I feel great and look different in the mirror already, I don't want to post before pictures until after I take my first progress picture set, but I'm pretty happy.
